Gage HDR

Gage Hotel - Marathon, Texas

This is my first attempt at High Dynamic Range Photography (HDR), the blending of multiple exposures.  I am not normally drawn to such alternative processes but after seeing the possibilities, I couldn't resist at least giving it a try.  One of the very best  HDR photographers that I've seen is Austin's own, Trey Ratliff.  Trey is very good, actually good enough to have had the very first HDR image selected to be exhibited in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C.
